1. We are shrinking our territory.
   • There will be no longer be a core square.
   • Instead we will post the squares we occupy.
2. You are with us, or you are against us.
   • We are going to minimize our alliances.
   • Alliances will require that they contribute to The HOA in some USEFUL way.
   • Individual alliances with squads will not be honored. They must bring them to leadership. (It has always been this way, I do not know why people keep forgetting)
3. All Squad Leaders much register themselves and their squad members.
   • At that time they/you will be added to the main chat.
   • You can do that by messaging me your roster.
   • Unregistered or inactive members will be removed from the main chat.
4. The goal is to wipe the server of all non-HOA members.
   • Raid Raid Raid... Once you raid someone tell them to move to spawn beach. We will raid that last (maybe).
   • If someone wishes to join HOA they will need to move into one of our Camps/Towns (Into the Noob Camp).
   • If they are not in one of our camps, or they are not actively contributing to The HOA, they are a target.
5. We will have two camps..
   • The Main Camp (1) and The Noob Camp (2).
   • New Squads will serve in the Noob Camp until we are sure we want them to mix with the Main Members.
   • Leaders of the Main Camp choose when squads are moved over. But the HOA President gets the final say.
6. We will have roles for squads.
   • Squads are NOT required to do only their role. They can do secondary roles as well.
   • This will change for a bit till I nail it all down.
   • Current roles might be...
     • Offense
     • Defense
     • THE Fence
     • Resource Collector
     • Air Force
     • Reconnaissance
7. Each camp will have a competition.
   • Competitions will be double elimination.
   • Competition will start once we are settled in and local threats are removed.
   • Each win will get the member a point.
   • All points will be counted and posted.
   • This will contribute to your measured value to the group among other contributions you might make (which can earn you points but will be posted separately).
   • Individual points of squad members will be added up and attributed to the squad they are in.
   • If your squad has a lot of high value members, you will be considered a valued squad.
   • You *must* maintain your presence within your camp throughout the wipe to maintain your rating and stay in the competitions.
   • As this progresses we will have multiple types of competitions, Melee, Revi, assault rifle, archery.. are some just off the top of my head.
   • Rules for the competitions will be posted soon.
   • You are not required to participate in this. This is for fun and prestige.
